Gordon Sauer, Director
Gordy Sauer is the author of Child in the Valley, a novel forthcoming from Hub City Press in August 2021 as part of the Charles Frazier Cold Mountain Fund Series. He earned his MFA in fiction from Columbia University, where he was a Teaching Fellow. His fiction and nonfiction have appeared in Narrative Magazine, Columbia College Today, and Boulevard, and he has been a resident on Artist's Grant at the Vermont Studio Center. While living in New York City, Gordy interned at The New Yorker, worked as a freelance writer for Columbia College Today, and was on the board of Columbia: A Journal of Literature and Art. Currently, he is the Executive Communications Specialist and Senior Writer for the chancellor of the University of Missouri.
